Delete your Kioo account

In the app

1. Open Kioo and tap Profile.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete my account, then Delete account.

It happens straight away, and every phone signed in to the account is signed out.

Without the app

Email privacy@kiooapp.com from any address with the subject "Delete my Kioo account". We'll text a code to the account's phone number to confirm it's yours, then delete it within [30] days and let you know.

What's deleted

• Your verified phone number and sign-in.
• Your name, area and business details.
• Your repair jobs and quotes. A job you'd confirmed as a fixer goes back to the driver's other quotes.
• Your token balance and history.

What's kept

• Records of paid token purchases, for six years, as the law requires for sales records. They're moved to a random reference first, so nothing links them to you or your number.
• Anonymous statistics that never identified you (for example, how often a repair comes up on a model).

Your cars and their checks are kept only on your phone; uninstalling Kioo removes them.
